I've known Meg since she was in preschool and I've watched her grow over the years. It's hard to imagine all those years of sleepovers, little girl giggles coming from behind the bedroom door, tracking in snow after sledding...are coming to an end. My hope for Meg, my daughter, and all their classmates is that they find the joy in the everyday moments especially in this next year. Go sledding, explore the woods, climb on a jungle gym, jump in the water, belly laugh with friends, explore and enjoy your final months of childhood. You may not be getting the senior year you planned, but you can still get a memorable senior year to cherish.
